Mid Year Lunch 2008. 

A very successful Lunch was held at the Glenelg Golf Club on Sunday, 14^th September 2008 with 128 members and guests attending. 

The Guest speaker Dr Craig Jurisevic spoke of his eight weeks in war torn Kosovo and his adventures administering medical aid to both civilians and servicemen. 

The Fundraiser was an outstanding success both socially and financially. The profit for the day $4148.66 is a record for our Annual Sunday Lunches.  

During the lunch our President awarded Mr Bob Parr Honorary Membership for the outstanding service he has provided to our Association. Mr Parr is the Program Manager for Wallis Theatres who host our Film Evening Fundraisers at the Chelsea Theatre each year.
